A single week of 6-hour nights alters expression of 711 genes and accelerates biological ageing markers.\n\nDr. Razzak's 4-week Sleep & Recovery Programme begins with comprehensive sleep diagnostics: at-home polysomnography (where indicated), HRV tracking, cortisol rhythm assessment via 4-point salivary panel, and sleep architecture analysis.\n\nPersonalised intervention may include peptide support (DSIP for sleep architecture, epitalon for circadian regulation), targeted supplementation (magnesium glycinate, glycine, apigenin), behavioural and environmental protocols (light exposure, temperature, sleep window discipline), and where clinically indicated, addressing apnoea or restless legs.\n\nWeekly check-ins track sleep latency, deep and REM percentages, and morning energy.
